Plain and simple, it would have never happened without Brandi Phillips. She took numerous videos for me of several different houses in the area and gave me her professional opinion on each when asked. August 2019 -- Once again, I found myself in need of the BEST realtor out there to sell my house in Houma. When she became our realtor, our house had already been on the market for 6 months with only a few showings. This was VERY disheartening, especially with our neighbors’ houses selling within weeks.
