She took numerous videos for me of several different houses in the area and gave me her professional opinion on each when asked. She checked out every little detail I asked about and always got back to me quickly. She picks up her phone and if she can't she'll let you know why and get right back to you. She is kind and a good listener and also speaks the truth when dealing with others in the industry.
